The special casting and quenching process of the high manganese steel impact liner of the impact crusher is the core guarantee of its wear resistance and impact resistance. High manganese steel impact liner usually uses high manganese alloy steel as raw material, and the manganese content is generally 12%-14%. In the casting process, the raw materials are melted at high temperature and precision casting technology is used to ensure that the size and shape of the impact liner are accurate and the internal structure is dense. Then, after cooling and solidification, a special quenching treatment is carried out. The quenching process heats the high manganese steel impact liner to a high temperature (usually above 1000℃) and cools it rapidly to form a martensitic structure, thereby greatly improving its surface hardness. As the working conditions change, a hardened layer will gradually form on the surface of the impact liner due to long-term impact wear. The hardness of this hardened layer can reach HRC 50-60, which effectively enhances the wear resistance and impact resistance of the material. The quenching treatment not only improves the surface hardness, but also maintains the toughness of the material, avoids the brittle fracture problem caused by excessive hardness, and ensures that the impact liner still maintains good performance under high-impact loads. Through this special casting and quenching treatment, the high manganese steel impact liner can work stably for a long time under vile working conditions, significantly improving the working efficiency and service life of the impact crusher.
